Stellvertretung Leitung Mechanik (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben – verantwortungsvoll und praxisnah
- Unterstützung und Vertretung der Leitung Mechanik im Werkstattteam
- Organisation und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Produktions- und Versorgungsanlagen
- Sicherstellung der Ersatzteileverfügbarkeit und Personaleinsatzplanung
- Terminliche Planung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten in Absprache mit der Produktionsleitung
- Durchführung von Personalschulungen und Unterstützung im Bereich Ausbildung
- Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Betriebs- und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von technischer Projekte
Dein Profil – fachlich stark, menschlich passend
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industrie-, Anlagenmechaniker oder vergleichbar. Die Zusatzqualifikation Meister/in oder Techniker/in
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Anlagen
- Erste Erfahrung in Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Microsoft Teams und Instandhaltungssoftware
- Gültige Fahrerlaubnis

Your tasks – responsible and practical
- Supporting and representing the Head of Mechanics in the workshop team
- Organising and carrying out maintenance and repair work on production and supply facilities
- Ensuring the availability of spare parts and personnel deployment planning
- Scheduling maintenance work in consultation with production management
- Carrying out staff training and providing support in the area of education
- Monitoring compliance with operating and work instructions
- Monitoring quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations
- Participating in the planning and implementation of technical projects
Your profile – strong technical skills, good interpersonal skills
- Completed vocational training as an industrial or plant mechanic or comparable. Additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician
- At least 5 years of professional experience in plant maintenance
- Initial experience in managing employees
- Very good written and spoken German
- Organisational skills, assertiveness and team orientation
- Confident use of MS Office, Microsoft Teams and maintenance software
- Valid driving licence
