Deine Aufgaben
Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Produktentwicklung (PSD) unterstützt du unser Team bei der Entwicklung neuer Rezepturen und der Optimierung bestehender Produkte. Du bekommst Einblicke in die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette – von der Rohstoffauswahl bis zur sensorischen Bewertung.
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Rezepturen
- Unterstützung bei der Herstellung + Analytik von Schokoladen-Mustern
- Auf-, Abbau und Reinigung des zur Musterherstellung verwendeten Labor/Technikum Equipments
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Standardmustern: Abfüllen, Verpacken, Etikettieren
- Recherche zu Rohstoffen, Trends und neuen Technologien
Dein Profil
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Geisteswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – auch andere Fachrichtungen sind willkommen
- Interesse an Produktentwicklung und Schokolade
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Teamgeist und Neugier

Your tasks
As a working student in the Product Development (PSD) department, you will support our team in developing new recipes and optimising existing products. You will gain insights into the entire value chain – from raw material selection to sensory evaluation.
- Participation in the development and adaptation of recipes
- Support in the production and analysis of chocolate samples
- Set-up, dismantling and cleaning of the laboratory/technical centre equipment used for sample production
- Processing of enquiries about standard samples: filling, packaging, labelling
- Research into raw materials, trends and new technologies
Your profile
- Degree in economics, social sciences, humanities or a comparable field of study – other disciplines are also welcome.
- Interest in product development and chocolate.
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to work.
- Good command of German.
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Team spirit and curiosity.
