Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)
SCHOKINAG Schokolade Industrie GmbH zählt zu den führenden europäischen Herstellern von Schokoladen für die Süßwarenindustrie – mit über 100 Jahren Erfahrung. Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten hochwertige Schokoladen und Kuvertüren für nationale und internationale Kunden.
Ihre Rolle: Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d), die mit Sorgfalt, technischem Verständnis und Teamgeist unsere hochwertigen Schokoladenprodukte mitgestalten und die Produktionsprozesse aktiv unterstützen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Produktionsanlagen
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen gemäß interner Standards
- Reinigung und Pflege der Maschinen und Arbeitsbereiche
- Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse
- Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
Ihr Profil
- Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spät-/Nachtschicht)
- Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Production Assistant (m/f/d)
SCHOKINAG Schokolade Industrie GmbH is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of chocolate for the confectionery industry, with over 100 years of experience. We develop, produce and market high-quality chocolate and couverture for national and international customers.
Your role: We are looking for several production employees (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, who will help to create our high-quality chocolate products with care, technical understanding and team spirit, and actively support the production processes.
Your tasks
- Operating and monitoring modern production facilities
- Carrying out quality controls in accordance with internal standards
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
- Documenting production processes
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Your profile
- Initial experience in production is an advantage, but not essential
- Technical understanding and meticulous working style
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late/night shifts)
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Good written and spoken German skills
