Die SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH zählt zu den führenden europäischen Herstellern von Schokoladen für die Süßwarenindustrie und blickt auf 100 Jahre Erfahrung zurück.
Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten hochwertige Schokoladen und Kuvertüren für nationale und internationale Kunden.
Ab dem 1. August 2026 bieten wir zwei Ausbildungsplätze zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d). Der Berufsschulunterricht findet an der Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft in Solingen statt. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 2 Jahre und kann bei guten Leistungen verkürzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du richtest Produktionsanlagen ein und nimmst sie in Betrieb
- Du überwachst den Produktionsprozess und stellst die Qualität der Produkte sicher
- Du führst Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten durch
- Du erkennst und behebst Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen
- Du wirkst mit bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Hauptschulabschluss oder Mittlere Reife)
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Interesse an Produktionsprozessen und moderner Anlagentechnik
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise

Training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of chocolate for the confectionery industry and can look back on 100 years of experience.
We develop, produce and market high-quality chocolate and couverture for national and international customers.
From 1 August 2026, we are offering two apprenticeships as machine and plant operator (m/f/d). Vocational school lessons take place at the Central Technical College of the German Confectionery Industry (ZDS) in Solingen. The apprenticeship lasts 2 years and can be shortened if performance is good.
Your tasks
- You will set up production facilities and put them into operation
- You will monitor the production process and ensure the quality of the products
- You will carry out maintenance and inspection work
- You will identify and rectify faults in machines and systems
- You will help to optimise production processes
Your profile
- Completed school education (secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate)
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Interest in production processes and modern plant technology
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Careful and precise way of working
