Die SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH zählt zu den führenden europäischen Herstellern von Schokoladen für die Süßwarenindustrie und blickt auf 100 Jahre Erfahrung zurück.
Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten hochwertige Schokoladen und Kuvertüren für nationale und internationale Kunden.
Ab dem 1. September 2025 bieten wir zwei Ausbildungsplätze zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d). Die Ausbildung wird in Kooperation mit der MVV Energie AG durchgeführt, sodass du von den Erfahrungen beider Unternehmen profitierst und ein besonders vielseitiges Ausbildungsumfeld erhältst.
Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3,5 Jahre und kann bei guten Leistungen verkürzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du montierst, wartest und reparierst Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen an technischen Systemen
- Du fertigst Bauteile durch Drehen, Fräsen oder Schweißen an
- Du optimierst und modernisierst bestehende Anlagen
- Du erhältst Einblicke in die Produktionstechnik
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Hauptschulabschluss oder Mittlere Reife)
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Interesse an Mechanik und Maschinenbau
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise

Training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)

SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of chocolate for the confectionery industry and can look back on 100 years of experience.
We develop, produce and market high-quality chocolate and couverture for national and international customers.
From 1 September 2025, we are offering two apprenticeships as industrial mechanics (m/f/d). The training will be carried out in cooperation with MVV Energie AG, so you will benefit from the experience of both companies and enjoy a particularly varied training environment.
The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years and can be shortened if your performance is good.
Your tasks
- You will assemble, maintain and repair machines and production facilities
- You will analyse and rectify faults in technical systems
- You will manufacture components by turning, milling or welding
- You will optimise and modernise existing systems
- You will gain insights into production engineering
Your profile
- Completed school education (secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate)
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Interest in mechanics and mechanical engineering
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Careful and precise working style
