Die SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH zählt zu den führenden europäischen Herstellern von Schokoladen für die Süßwarenindustrie und blickt auf 100 Jahre Erfahrung zurück.
Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten hochwertige Schokoladen und Kuvertüren für nationale und internationale Kunden.
Ab dem 1.9.2026 bieten wir zwei Ausbildungsplätze zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d). Bei uns lernst du in verschiedenen Abteilungen alle relevanten Aufgaben eines Industriekaufmanns kennen und erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in die spannende Welt der Schokoladenproduktion.
Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3 Jahre und kann bei guten Leistungen verkürzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen
- Du wirkst mit bei Kostenanalyse und Budgetverwaltung
- Du erhältst Einblicke in Bestandsmanagement und Lagerhaltung
- Du lernst die Finanzberichterstattung und -analyse kennen
- Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen zusammen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur)
- Interesse an kaufmännischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Organisationstalent
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)

SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of chocolate for the confectionery industry and can look back on 100 years of experience.
We develop, produce and market high-quality chocolate and couverture for national and international customers.
From 1 September 2026, we are offering two apprenticeships as industrial clerks (m/f/d). With us, you will learn all the relevant tasks of an industrial clerk in various departments and gain comprehensive insight into the exciting world of chocolate production.
The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and can be shortened if your performance is good.
Your tasks
- You will assist in the procurement of materials and services
- You will be involved in cost analysis and budget management
- You will gain insights into inventory management and warehousing
- You will learn about financial reporting and analysis
- You will work closely with experienced colleagues
Your profile
- Completed school education (secondary school leaving certificate or (specialised) A-levels)
- Interest in commercial and business management topics
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and organisational skills
- Independent and careful way of working
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
